Rescue Beam pulling people into the ground.

When using Rescue Beam on an ally, without giving the input to pull them, it is sending them straight down towards the ground. This potentially griefs characters like Vindicta and Seven. Again, no input is required to cause this- simply using Rescue Beam was making them fall to the ground.

thats true, i noticed this happen when Seven ulted and i decided to Rescue beam and by no input he simply went down. Need fix
