Reports disabled

hi, i recently got a ban for reporting for 1 day, yesterday i had a couple of hours left before the unban and i got caught with a cheater in one game again, i had a "report" button displayed and i pressed it. after that i automatically got a ban on complaints until november 8. i think it's a bug, because the game itself allowed me to leave a review about the player, and then punished me

I understand from the latest threads on the forum that I am not the only one who got an undeserved ban
I can't play ranked

yeah same. its crazy reporting disabled is not letting people to play ranked. i barely played any games this week and reported a suspected smurf who was double our networth and i instantly got this and now i am prevented from ranked. its fine if i have to guess who is cheating or whos smurf but how is this a criteria for playing ranked. and why are we getting reporting disabled for matchmaking report.
