I'm not sure if it's still the case since Friday's update, but all of the markers in replays seemed to be off by exactly 30 seconds. So if I had a bebop hook, I have hook selected in the dropdown when bebop is focused, and I click on the marker you won't see the hook occur.
Scanning around makes it confusing because of the little buffer delay, but you can click +10 sec 3 times after clicking a marker and see you will be exactly where you want.
