Stutter bug leading into Valve Anti Cheat timeout
Seems to only happen to me on Bebop, but after watching death replays, game will stutter and worsen until game times out leading to Valve Anti Cheat timeout error. I've done every step on this page multiple times but the only fix is letting the match end, waiting out the 30 mintue ban, then everything fixes itself. https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/22C0-03D0-AE4B-04E8#repair
