When two players apply Toxic Bullets to enemy player, either one gets credits for all the damage in "Top 10 Damage Sources"
Also I'm pretty sure if one player applies Toxic Bullets effect, and other player keeps the effect going by using their own Toxic Bullets, the damage gets credited to the one who first applied the effect.
