Replacing an item made of components does not replace item

Issue:
With a full inventory, when trying to buy a new mod, if you choose to sell a composite item, the item is only sold (downgraded a tier), but the other item is not purchased.

Reproduction steps:
1. Open Sandbox
2. Fill mod slots, 1 of the mods being 'Silencer'
3. Buy 'Vampiric Burst' choosing to sell 'Silencer'
4. Fail to purchase 'Vampiric Burst' instead ending up with a 'Slowing Bullets'

Note: I tried replicating with other composite items and they all seems to work fine, this only seems to happen with 'Silencer'
