Replace chat wheel with chat list

Nobody uses the chatwheel for callout. I think it's because it's too clunky, chat wheel originally were used for consoles, and i doubt people will play this on console.
So just replace it with chat list, like in tf2, where you can just press a letter and then a number to give out a voice command, it's faster and doesn't mess with your aim.
maybe comma or tab would be a good button for it

This chatwheel is not very practical. The direction that the mouse needs to drag is too large, and there is not much useful information

Good point about it ruining one's aim. In a top-down like dota it may not be as problematic. I wonder if linking the chatwheel to a mouse button, customizing the text and memorizing the favorite ones would fix this.
