Repeatedly having issues crashing

After a patch about a month ago I started having an issue where I occasionally crash when I load into a match. It's not super often it happens, maybe once a week, but when it does happen the game wont reopen until I fully restart my pc for some reason.

Still having this issue, its making it basically impossible to play the game as by the time I can get back in it counts as abandoned, so I can never escape low pri games

It just sits on "downloading content" but doesn't show that it needs an update or actually download anything. This happens on both of my computers
