Rem's heavy melee can go through people when looking straight down

If Rem is looking straight down as he heavy melees, he passes through enemy heroes without hitting them. Even if his heavy melee ends in front of an enemy hero, he will still not hit them and no damage will be dealt. This also means he can go through enemy heroes who are actively parrying without interacting with them. This can obviously be quite an advantage when claiming the Rejuvenator or bridge buffs, or for simply baiting out parries. I tested this interaction in a private lobby with the Rejuvenator and the bot tools and was able to claim the Rejuvanator through a parrying enemy hero.

I remember this bug briefly existed with all heroes at one point, but it seems to have persisted with Rem; likely due to his small size I would imagine. The bug is easy to recreate, all one has to do is look straight down at the floor while heavy meleeing. There is not much room to look up; if one looks just a few degree upwards the melee will hit enemy heroes with normal behavior.

Additionally, something interesting that I discovered is that I tested this with all enemy heroes, and Rem is able to go through every single one except an enemy Rem himself (which obviously wouldn't matter in an actual game), Calico in Ava form, Mo and Krill in Burrow, and enemies hexed by Sinclair's Rabbit Hex. I'd imagine this has something to do with their melee hitboxes being further down in these forms, but I'd be merely speculating.

I attached a short video demonstrating the bug, as well as showing an example of how it could be used to ignore a parry and claim a bridge buff.
