Hello, it's recently come to my attention that people who are invited to the playtest are at risk of being banned simply due to the fact whoever has invited them could possibly be a cheater thus causing everyone in the tree of invites stemming from that player to be banned.
I was invited to the playtest, but with this knowledge I don't feel comfortable continuing to play the game.
I shouldn't have accepted an invite to this game, but I was excited to try it out.
I didn't know about this information because none of it is public, the invite "rules" are on this *private* forum.
If they had been on the store page or pinned to the public steam community forums, I wouldn't have accepted an invite.
I am currently not banned.
But with that in mind, can I have my access to the playtest completely removed?
The uncertainty and subsequent stress this is causing me is substantial.
I have tried removing the playtest manually through the steam support window, but it doesn't actually get removed it's simply hidden until I reactivate it from that same support window, so despite being "removed" from my library I'm still invited.
