rem tunnel ledgegrab/mantle out of bounds

I accidentally went out of bounds while simply ledgegrabbing in one of the tunnels. failed to replicate after a couple minutes, but the screen does notably flash briefly ledgegrabbing on the left side possibly indicating a partial clip
