Rem pillow toss upgrades not working

Rems pillow toss T2 does not state how much it increases range, just "+m radius" and it also does not work, getting T2 does not increase the radius. T3 also does not grant +1 charge, it does however give +dmg

Update: simply these changes did not work from last update:
- Rem: Pillow Toss T2 now also grants +2m Radius
- Rem: Pillow Toss T3 no longer grants +2m Radius
- Rem: Pillow Toss T3 now also grants +1 Charge
Radius is still granted on T3 as well as dmg, but no charge

not true. it is working. Seems like youre using a mod that changes heroes.vdata and its outdated. Probably a skin mod. Disable mods and test again

oh wow did not know mods could affect abilities like that, my bad, will keep in mind in the future
