Reload sound and circle indicator when on last bullet sometimes

When you shoot an orb on your last bullet, the bullet is correctly not used, but the reload sound sometimes plays as if you had gone to 0, and the ring reload time indicator shows for a moment before disappearing. You can also briefly see it go to 0 and back to 1.
