Rejuvenator doesn't seem to be accounted for in the minute delay in replays/live spectating

I've noticed that when watching games or match replays, the rejuvenator pickup appears early. This happens in both live spectating and match spectating, and appears to be an oversight with the minute delay somehow? All I know is that I know a rejuvenator has been captured about a minute before it actually IS captured, and by who.

I've seen this as well, I was confused why the rejuvenator sound had played, and then I saw the players running towards mid! Seems to happen about a minute before--so lines up with the spectator delay

I saw this happen while spectating but weirdly the delay was only around 30 seconds
