Rejoining a Street Brawl match after disconnecting during the item selection phase causes the item selection screen to get stuck

I bought toxic bullets, then I timed out and disconnected from the match. Upon rejoining, I got this screen, and I was unable to select an item to dismiss the screen until the next round's buy phase, which reset the screen.
