Red dot connection - Rubberbanding

CPU isn't the issue
FPS doesn't drop
Ram is good
Ping is showing find as well

Still rubberbanding in games, sometimes during team fights, someimes when moving around the map, sometimes the whole game. No one else experiences this in the match.

Yep, been seeing this since the October 7 patch, and it's really frustrating.
