Reconnecting to the game for any reason causes issues

Often my internet will go out for 10-15 seconds and sometimes it will be long enough to cause me to dc from a match. Any time I reconnect to the match either from the menu or from rebooting the game entirely, the game remains jittery and often without sound or shooting animations, ability icons greyed out even when off cooldown, etc.

This is more of a general report because it happens 100% of the time I lose connection for any reason. Have seen a lot of mention of sound and animation issues but haven't seen any reports of it being due to reconnecting, maybe I'm in the minority?

Same here right now, lost the game and was punished because of it. This is a serious bug!!! I hope there will be a fix for this.

I just bought Extra Spirit, Improved Cooldown, Duration Extender and Fortitude at the shop, and now it is working fine. Hope that helps QA, or anyone with this issue.
I had already tried exiting to the main menu and back, and closing the game and returning, with no luck.

Please see attached video of what occurs. I really hope someone working on the game will see this.
I can only hear myself shooting when the bullets will hit an enemy. There are no bullet or shooting effects, and worst of all, the camera jitters wildly, especially when aiming. This is it with Haze, I imagine it is a lot worse for a character that aims further.
