Reactive Barrier - No longer triggers on some abilities

As of recently, Reactive Barrier no longer triggers when hit by some abilities that used to trigger it previously.
The abilities are the following:
- Bebop's Exploding Uppercut (1)
- Dynamo's Kinetic Pulse (1)
- Ivy's Air Drop (4)
- Lash's Ground Strike (1) when Upgraded to Level 2
- Mo & Krill's Burrow (2)
- McGinnis's Spectral Wall (3) even when not fully upgraded.

It would appear that any form of "Knock Up" no longer triggers Reactive Barrier, even thought they were once considered a "Movement Lock". As stated in the item description, Reactive Barrier should trigger when the character is: Movement Locked, Stunned, Chained, Immobilized or Slept.

For some reason it triggers on Grey Talon's Spirit Snare (3), despite it no longer causing an Immobilize, Chain, or even a Movement Lock. (It obviously does not Sleep nor Stun)
