Just to put it out here Raven's 2 as of right now has a very inconsistent use with Echo Shard. Raven's 2 has two parts from what I can see, one where he launches himself in the air and the other where he shoots a projectile from his umbrella to deal a good amount of spirit damage. If you use Echo Shard while it's on cooldown it will refresh the first part of the ability but not the second part which fires the projectile. I don't know if this is a bug or something else but it should also refresh the projectile ability as well.
