I think Raven should definately be using that Umberella more.

My suggestion is to replace the copy-paste of Wraith's skill to something like Mar's shield.
He could essentially open up the Umbrella and use that as a shield, blocking him in attacks, but reducing the damage by 70-80% for 6 seconds.
At final upgrade also maybe also have it reflecting the damage by 30-40%.

Wrote somewhat similar ability in Hero Lab feedback for Raven,but i personally thought to add ability to shoot and having faster fire rate with T3 upgrade.
P.S.Also i think u must've actually posted this in Raven Feedback,in private channel.
