RANKED REGION LOCKED(WRONG REGION)

I need help. My region is set to Asia, but now whenever I launch the game, it puts me in the Europe region, and my ranked matches have also shifted to Europe. How can I revert back to Asia? I'm getting 140 ping in Europe compared to 70 in Asia. I've tried using the console override command to change the region, which works for the region, but my ranked matches still remain in Europe

UNINSTALLED THE WHOLE GAME

INSTALLED THE WHOLE GAME AGAIN STILL EUROPE
