Ranked Queue failed to find game then banned me

I queued for ranked and the queue popped with me being in a solo spectator match spectating... the main menu.

When I left the "spectator match" I was hit with a 5 minute ban from all game modes.1729496854180.png

Was spectating a friend while queuing up for ranked. Tried to leave the spectating match and ended up abandoning the ranked match on accident.
