Every time I try to queue ranked it never finds a game, I'm just in queue until it takes me out for waiting for too long. By default I'm placed in the South America server but my country's first language is English so I can't communicate to my team on SA servers and because of this I swap to NA using the console command.
The first week of ranked I had no problems with finding a match and I was able to do all my 7 games easily on NA servers. The second week (last week) I tried to queue on 4 different days, 2 of which were Sat and Sunday, and had the same issue. I waited until today when the third ranked week started to try again but experiencing the same problem!
