rank stuck at initiate 1

this seems to be a problem only i am having but my rank isn't changing past initiate 1 I've won almost all of my matches recently literally going on a 7 game win streak but no change, I've looked on statlocker and it says based on my games i should be seeker 1 but still in game it shows initate 1, with all the friends ive played with they have all ranked up and are moving up but not me.

Uh... No, the Statlocker graph clearly says you are still in the trench below the initiate 1 skill level, and the one time you've been in a seeker level game you were the worst performing player.
