Rank doesn't change (29 wins 3 losses)

I recently returned to the game and started playing from an account where I had an ascedant or eternus rank for a long time (I don't remember exactly), my friend and I started playing at the same time, I was given the emissary rank, and he was left obscurus (when we played half a year ago, he had a rank), having played 32 games so far, I have not received a promotion, but my friend has remained obscurus.

I am having the same problem I have been playing and climbed to ritualist 1 but now no matter how many games i win/lose i dont move (I am at 13 wins 3 losses)
