Rank completely stuck

Despite having 100+ games, my rank is completely stuck in initiate II, i can loose or win 15 games in a row, no rank up and no downgrades, it seems i'm not the only one reporting this bug, can something be done for this ?

I guess now its % of all players based. So its so much players on Ini2 so it won't change.... Idk, win more games.

Came here to report this too. I can go on a 10+ game winstreak or more, in lobbies higher than my MMR, and my rank doesn't budge at all. I can also lose a bunch of games and my rank doesn't change either.
