Random disconnections while in match

Hello.
I've just begun trying Deadlock. However, I cannot continue playing as the game disconnects and throws me to the main menu every 5-10 minutes and i'm afraid to get banned because of that. I can rejoin, sure, but it throws me off the match.
I'm running on a laptop with Arch linux, Proton experimental. It happens also with ProtonGE 9.12


Things I've tried:
-Internet does not go down. Not even a hiccup (tested constantly pinging on the background). It is also the only game where it happens.
-Happens both in vulkan and dx11 modes
-It is independent of the graphics settings
-It happens also in PvE matches, however i have a feeling that it is less often. I may be wrong though. I do not recall of it happening on full bot matches.

Any idea on what the problem may be? The steam system information report is the following. The videocard section is wrong, i'm running on an RTX3060 mobile, driver 560.35.03-2.1.
