Quick Ping 1 when bound to Z doesnt work

I have my Quick Ping 1 bound to Z with the phrase "going in" but it doesnt work. When I rebound Z to quick ping 2 and used the phrase "going in" it now works.

Yes, same thing happening here. It's not just when assigned to Z. No standalone keys or key combination works with Quick ping 1. Quick ping 2-5 work flawlessly.
