Queue and matching issues

Queue says 12+ players but no games start; sometimes if I leave the queue and requeue I get on immediately.
Sometimes the game start, but there are fewer players on one side (usually 5 against 6). The game holds for a loooong time (unsure if actually searching for the missing member or not) and then ends as if the match actually was played - there's even a score screen.

Been facing the same issue for the last two days, haven't been able to play a single match in two days. End up in Q for so long that I just tend to give app cancel and play something else
