It also does not restore ally stamina.

In fairness, T3 removing debuffs on the entire team would be absurdly strong - it might be intentional that it only affects Dynamo. But it should at least give the stamina pip - I doubt it would stop people from flaming you for using it but it would help people re-adjust after entanglement if they don't like where they end up

It's true that would be strong but the patch notes said so, so that's what we can expect until they deliberately change it. I think it got fixed now though.
