QOL Lash Improvements

I believe in order to adequately convey through gameplay the overwhelming superiority of Lash's utter stupendousness, I propose the following changes.

1. Rename Ground Slam to Lash Crash
2. When getting a kill with Lash Crash, you will get applause and cheering. This scales with multikills. Only Lash hears this, as only Lash is deserving of hearing his fans. (This is definitely not due to The Lash being delusionally self-absorbed.)
3. Triggering the crowd cheering will award Lash with an additional sparkle. Multikills will grant multiple sparkles.
