This game sucks.
Mechanically, movement and shooting are clunky and unrewarding. Being in third person feels awful. The shop, leveling and some abilities are unresponsive and require spam clicking. Being able to pause mid-fight is stupid. Matches are extremely snow-bally. Very low skill expression and a lot of characters are poorly designed and balanced. No real reward for kills when hard-farming generates more souls.
Aesthetically, the game is very incoherent, unappealing and uncharacteristic of a Valve creation. A lot of visual clutter which is only exacerbated by the players character model taking up a quarter of the screen. The characters themselves have weird disney-like proportions and and animations and don't seem suited to the setting. Voice lines are tacky, the voice acting is sub-par doesn't suit the setting. The architecture of buildings are nice but the map is too big and maze like and unsuited to a MOBA. It's also distasteful that the map is covered in demonic references and graffiti, cunts weren't doing throwies in the 30s. The mini-map is a confusing mess, why do player icons spin around each other?
Design wise, the game is a weird amalgamation of genres and seems to lack direction. Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense (unless you take into account Valves releases since CS:GO) to continue to dump time and money, or force a game that is going to be a direct competitor to your already existing, established IPs. If you want a shooter, fix and update CS2. If you want an arena, update TF2, revert casual matchmaking and add proper support for competitive. If you want a MOBA, update DOTA. You could even allocate the resources to making a new L4D (your original plan), Half-life or Portal game or even fixing/improving Steams item servers and community market. All would be better choices than continuing to develop this game. It is not fun to play, winning does not feel rewarding, it is just a relief. Please let it die.
Also odd that you don't have a forum for public feedback. That should be changed.
