Public bot matchmaking is open after hours

Good afternoon.

I don't know if it's intended behaviour or an actual bug, but right now the NA public bot match queue is open, even tough we are out of playtesting hours.
I did play a game before sending this bug report, so the matchmaking is working and connecting to servers.
