Using this ability will also perform a charged melee attack in a 5 m radius. This still has a charge time but will be done independently of player actions. It would be possible to charge a melee attack or shoot their gun while it's going off for example. 40 second cooldown.
This item is meant to add really high damage to heroes with disables or gap closers. While it would be very powerful in some cases, I think the parry would help mitigate how strong it would be while still feeling like a useful tool worthy of the price.
