i already made a comment with this idea when HMC was in the game, now i think its worth of a post.
"Propeller": gun/1750. built from rapid rounds.
+10% fire rate
+1 sprint speed <-- those two are inherited from rapid rounds
+1% status resist. (some placebo effect to trick noobs into buying it
)
passive: pressing light melee during the charge of heavy melee in airborne state will grant a hero a forward momentum. after landing, a gust of wind follows a hero for a period of time, granting increased movement speed and additional fire rate (1.5ms/12%fr). duration: 7 sec. cd: 21 sec. taking damage puts item on 4 sec cooldown.
compared to other gun mobility items - fleetfoot and keenetic jump - it provides more roaming/ganking capabilities but less power during active combat
compared to majestic leap, the item doesn't provide vertical momentum and to be truly effective a player needs to get higher in the air or on a roof.
compared to other fire rate items: can be an alternative for a quick striker in some scenarios
use case: for early-to-mid game for those who'd like to be more active on a map immediately after laning stage as, ideally, it should greatly speed up traversal between lanes.
primary users: idk i dont play anything but Ivy (not designed for her). i guess Yamato, Paradox, Pocket can buy it as they dont buy other fire rate items and also like map activity.
