Problems with fps and gpu after the latest update

Specs: Gtx 1650 ti (Mobile), 8GB RAM Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz.

Before the update the fps was already low, somewhere between 30-70 fps, but after the update i get 10-40 fps.
The Gpu was affected way less before the update. Before my average GPU usage was around 60%, but after the update the GPU usage went up to and average 80% and the highest to 160%

Same here. Running a 1060, the game ran at a decent 70 fps except for teamfights (where my fps generally tanks a lot), and after the nvidia update, I get 40 fps. I only installed the driver update because the game prompted me to. Rolling back the driver fixed the issue.
