Priorities on hero pick doesnt work correctly

me and my teammate choose our heroes, my pick was lash(prior), mo krill(no prior) and pocket(no prior), his was pocket(prior) lash(no prior) and mo krill(no prior). Somehow i got pocket and he got mo krill, it doesnt make any sense because his prior on pocket was higher than mine, pls fix this, so we could enjoy this game while playing characters we want to.
