Priorities on hero pick doesnt work correctly

me and my teammate choose our heroes, my pick was lash(prior), mo krill(no prior) and pocket(no prior), his was pocket(prior) lash(no prior) and mo krill(no prior). Somehow i got pocket and he got mo krill, it doesnt make any sense because his prior on pocket was higher than mine, pls fix this, so we could enjoy this game while playing characters we want to.

bump. was playing with friends and one had mina and kelvin on 2 prio and then was placed on a 0 prio character in a game that didn't have a mina or kelvin at all.
