When joining the pregame lobby I am getting disconnected immediately. Rejoining the game I cannot level skills or interact with vendor. Movement and attacks feel like high ping / packet loss, jittery and rubber banding. Eventually able to get out of pregame area, stuck under map or in teleporter. Disconnects continue every 30 seconds or so.
