I am unsure how I got this teleport off.
I realize this was added last patch:
- Teleporter now has the same damage rules as zipline (DoT no longer prevents usage)
I'm not entirely convinced the only things that hit me were DoTs though just off watching this clip.
I downloaded the replay and watched again with incoming damage showing, I'm now fairly convinced this is a bug.
