Shiv's killing blow can cause him to leap toward an enemy even if that enemy teleports away from him before the strike lands. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, so I am assuming that it is a glitch.
I'm also not sure if this happens with map teleporters or not. I discovered it while playing as Wraith and using her teleport ability.
