Poor connection, big frame drops, game freezes, lag spikes, etc. since update 1/17/25 (SOLVED)

Just overall having a poor experience during games. Only having an issue with this game, none others.

I've tried reinstalling, validating files, multiple restarts, but to no avail.

Match ids where i've experienced these issues:

hardware issue at home.
