Pocket's satchel timer overlapping his cloak timer, bug or intentional?

When sending out your cloak and using the satchel ability, the satchel ability timer overlaps the cloak's timer. There's a sound queue to know when the cloak will disappear, but it can be harder to hear during big fights. With the amount of time it's been like this and still no fix, I'm wondering if it's intentional that the cloak's timer gets overshadowed by the satchel or just a bug
