Pocket's enchanter's satchel sometimes does not allow to cancel with change cancel ability mode set to: ability key

Like in title, pocket 3rd skill randomly does not allow user to cancel ability or have a random delay.
It's inconsistent, whether it allows to cancel, have a delay or straight up does not allow to cancel.
Also when it does not allow to cancel, the reminder next to crosshair is not visible.

Canceling with using other skills works.
With change cancel ability mode set to: cancel key or the ability key I can always cancel using cancel key.
