Pocket's Enchanter's Satchel damaging through a wall

Oh right, my bad then.
Are there any other heroes that do this? I posted mainly because they fixed Grey Talons ultimate to not damage through walls a few patches ago.
Maybe there should be a key word for abilities like this to avoid confusion, stops people having to study every AoE in the game.

But for real i cant think of others right now. Maybe mcginnis ult? Abrams ult i think. Not sure exactly but maybe they should indicate them. Thats hard though because maybe they will change the behavior in the future and they dont want to worry about updating tool tips

Yeah it's fair that there isn't much indication at the moment, only a playtest after all.
I went into sandbox mode to have a look at abilities that pierce through walls. It really does seem like a case by case basis, Abrams life-steal works, as does Wardens flask. and you are right about McGinnis ult, and her heal. Kelvin, Lady Geist, and Bebop bomb doesn't work, whereas Paradox's grenade does pierce walls.
I was thinking it could be persistent affects pierce walls, but even then I wouldn't say Wardens flask or Pockets Satchel persist after the ability is used. So at the moment it just seems that it's something that's good to know for those niche situations!

Because they changed his Ult to respect LOS

They never said specifically it was intended or not. They were probably fine with it at first but saw it was too strong. Briefcase still goes through walls so they are changing things as they see fit
