pocket - torment pulse doesn't work in satchel

I'm not sure if it's intended but I think it would be very funny if it worked.

balance wise it works during calico ult and eshift so I don't see why it shouldn't work for pocket in satchel. whether it would be good, I have no idea

i should not work during e shift or calico ult, it's a dumb concept to allow players to attack when you can't be attacked by anyone
