This is not actually a mechanical change idea, but I do have a feel request for Pocket's 2 (and by extension every character with a progress bar ability that grants them an extra action they can take while the bar is filling).

Can we get some Coyote Time on the progress bar? It's pretty common that I try to jump in the last moment before the cloak runs out but nothing happens--due to either mistiming on my end, latency, the basics of how human reaction times work, or my inability to git-good I hit it too late. Fake-shortening the visualization of the bar, so that you can actually still jump even for the ~0.2 seconds after the bar fills would be a big feel improvement on the character.

Related, I'd also like to request the ability to see two bars at once, so you can see the timeline for both Pocket's 2 and 3.
