pocket cape case combo explodes at location rather than destination

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, i checked a bunch of change logs and didnt see this change.
Before: Cape + case + teleport means the case explodes at the end of the teleport
Now: Cape + case + teleport means the case explodes where it was cast, not at the end of the teleport.

I can see cases for both, but in case it was not intentional because again i cannot find it in notes, i wanted to report
