Pocket can't teleport with the cloack after the last update

looks like the update wanted to prevent double clicking to happen but it's the only way he can teleport now, after the first second u can't use the cloack at all

confirmed- also barrage has an undocumented substantial delay to when it starts firing now (not mentioned in patch notes)

Confirmed x 2, thought it was a keybind issue or a change to multistage or triggered abilities work but nope. Makes him pretty much unplayable.

Yeah, hes unplayable now. Update is extremely buggy overall.
