Oh okay. New bug report, there's a misplaced fan in the archmother's lair, why is that there?

That isn't misplaced, it's always been there since the Old Gods New Blood update. It's on the other side as well as being on the Hidden King shrine areas.

The reason for it to be there is so you can use it to jump to the other shrine.
