Pocket - Barrage sometimes ends immediately after use

This is something that happens to me only on Pocket somewhat randomly. (100% certain im not repressing by accident).

I will use Barrage and then it ends immediately after 1 shot. This also sometimes happens with cloak and satchel but seemingly less frequently.
